Shipping Policy

This website offers many items.  Some are produced and ship from the UK, some are produced and ship from the US.  Some items can be combined and ship together, some cannot.  Due to the almost-infinite options for shipping on so many items, it is impossible for this website to calculate the correct shipping rates automatically on all orders.  Therefore, shipping in many instances will be invoiced when the order is ready to ship - this is stated in the shipping options during checkout and by making your purchase you are agreeing to these terms.

On each item's page there is an image showing who is producing it and where it will ship from.  Please familiarise yourself with this information prior to ordering, it is very important especially when ordering multiple items.

In order to aid you in making an informed decision when you place your order, here is some guidance regarding shipping rates.

Shipping starts at:

  • £6 for the UK for most smaller items, £4 for stickers and unicorn horns.  Shipping rates for resins cast in the US are calculated and charged when ready to post to you.  Guidance on these charges are on each resin's page.
  • £14 for the EU (please check info on each item as some cannot shipped to the EU due to the GPSR rules) excluding any import fees.  Shipping rates for resins cast in the UK are charged when ready to post to you (note some US cast resins cannot be shipped direct into the EU, note the shipping info on each item's page prior to purchase.  Rates quoted do not include import fees and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
  • £18 to the US/Rest of the world (excluding tariffs and any other import fees)

The prices listed above would get up to a shoe-box sized parcel to you (max 6" deep) so could cover multiple models (unless they're heavy e.g. pewters or carbide sets).

Most parcels, even heavier and/or larger boxes with many small models in, will stay under £25 shipping (+tariffs/import fees where applicable).  Larger resins often cost more than this, so have shipping guidance on their own pages.


UK buyers - import fees do not apply to items produced here in the UK, internationally produced items (e.g. cast resins) may have import costs included in their shipping rates - the import costs will be due even if the model is handed to you, but UK postage will only apply if the model is posted to you.


US buyers - tariffs are invoiced at the same time as shipping costs, I pay your tariffs on your behalf up-front, I have no control over this and cannot ship items unless these costs are covered prior to shipping.  Tariffs are charged at actual tariff price plus 6% of the sum of tariff charge and the Royal Mail fee of £0.50, this only allows me to break-even when paying the charges for you, as I am charged transaction fees (higher for international transactions) when you pay me.  I don't make any charges for the additional work involved with international shipping.

EU buyers - import fees for most EU countries are now paid by me up front on your behalf, I have no control over this and cannot ship items unless these costs are covered.  Import fees are charge as actual price plus 6%, this allows me to break-even when paying the charges for you, I don't charge for this extra work.

Standard shipping rates do not include any other import fees, which are dictated by the country of delivery and which are your responsibility (sorry!), even if I pay them up front on your behalf.
