Most items on this website are made to order and may have long lead times, many items will take longer than the 30 days as laid out by UK Consumer Law - by purchasing from this website you are accepting this.  Most stock items (Carbide Scrapers, pewters and some cast resins) can ship within two weeks however pre-orders and items made to order often take much longer.

Items ship from the UK unless otherwise stated.

Most UK orders are sent via UPS unless another method is requested.  If you're not likely to be home and don't have a UPS depot nearby then items can be sent via Royal Mail Signed for services instead, just let me know after ordering.  Some smaller and lower value items may be sent via other Royal Mail services.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services except very large or high value orders which will be sent via UPS.  Royal Mail parcels generally take 1-2 weeks from shipping (see note about lead times above) but can take longer during busy periods, especially over November-January.  We offer no guarantees on delivery times as often these are out of our control.
