Lead Times and Delivery

Most items on this website are made to order and may have long lead times, many items will take longer than the 30 days as laid out by UK Consumer Law - by purchasing from this website you are accepting this.  Most stock items (Carbide Scrapers, pewters and some cast resins) can ship within two weeks however pre-orders and items made to order often take much longer due to the many stages of hand-making them.

Items ship from the UK unless otherwise stated - see each item's product page for more info specific to that item.

Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Services unless another method is requested.

All international orders shipped from the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services except very large or high value orders which will likely be sent via UPS.  Royal Mail parcels generally take 1-2 weeks from shipping (see note about lead times above) but can take longer during busy periods, especially over November-January.  We offer no guarantees on delivery times as often these are out of our control.

Orders that ship from the US are shipped via the best methods chosen by each company.  All orders are shipped via Tracked services and tracking numbers are provided (or available on request on the rare occasions the tracking info is not supplied proactively).
